Current turnaround time for Custom DTF transfers is 1-2 days.

Shipping Policy is committed to excellence, and the full satisfaction of our customers. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible however at times different factors such as holidays, staffing, or other factors can affect how quickly we can get your package out. In most cases, orders that have chosen shipping are dispatched within 1-2 days by your chosen method of shipment.


Orders are typically processed and shipped out in 1-3 business days, but could take up to 5 business days.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders there is the possibility that shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery, especially during busy times of the year.  If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via the email or phone number in your order.


It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.

We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. We cannot be held responsible, or refund orders which are delivered to the wrong address due to an error entered on the order and shipping charges will under no circumstances be refunded due to a wrong address once they have been dispatched to the shipping company.  


Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for undeliverable orders. 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please call us and we will do what we can to help track the package. However, in many cases it will be the customers responsibility to contact the shipping company or local authorities about lost or stolen packages.



In the event there are items on your order which are out of stock, we will attempt to contact you at the Email address or phone number on the order. We will work with you to substitute out of stock items, or cancel and refund out of stock items and ship remaining items in order. We can also in some cases, put the out of stock item on backorder for you and ship when available at not additional cost to you. Backorder availability for any items will be at the sole discretion of Studio 1883.
