Refund and Return Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned for an exchange or a refund.  

Non-returnable items include:

  • Glitter
  • Mica powders
  • Resin
  • Custom designs
  • Cut vinyl 
  • Downloadable products
  • Classes
  • Clearance Items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds are only issued in the case of a defective product. Defective products must be returned in new condition. 

All refunds will be issued back to the card used at the time of purchase or in the case of a cash sale, will be issued on a gift card. Please check with your bank to inquire about timelines for those funds to be made available to you. We cannot be held responsible for funds held by your banking institution. 

Sale items

Refunds and exchanges for items bought on sale will be exchanged or refunded at the sales price. Clearance items cannot be returned and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. 


We will happily exchange any items not excluded above, if done within our 14 day window and if the items are in unused condition and in the original packaging. 


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may  return it at your own cost for a gift credit for the value of your return. The returned item must be accompanied by a gift receipt. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift card will be e-mailed to you. Gift credits are only available on

All items gifted without a gift receipt are not eligible for a return or exchange.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any item unless the shipment was sent in error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.   In the case of a shipping error on the side of Studio 1883, we will at our discretion, send you a shipping label to your return the product at no cost to you. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We cannot be held responsible for shipping issues and and cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
